modelString[OUT]	Host Device Model String Null terminated ASCII String Bit to check in ParamPresenceMask - 17
swVerString[OUT]	Host Device Software Version String Null terminated ASCII string Bit to check in ParamPresenceMask - 18
plasmaIDString[OUT]	Host Device Plasma ID String Null terminated alphanumeric ASCII String. Bit to check in ParamPresenceMask - 19
hostID[OUT]	Device Host ID String Null terminated alphanumeric ASCII String. Bit to check in ParamPresenceMask - 20
ParamPresenceMask[OUT]	bitmask representation to indicate valid parameters.
